Brie Cheese and Prosciutto (Printable Version)

Whipped brie cheese topped with honey, prosciutto, and pistachios offers a rich, flavorful bite.

# What You'll Need:

→ Cheese

01 - 13 to 16 ounces Brie cheese, rind removed

→ Meat

02 - 4 slices prosciutto

→ Sweeteners

03 - 2 to 3 tablespoons hot honey or regular honey

→ Nuts

04 - 2 to 3 tablespoons roasted, lightly salted shelled pistachios

→ Herbs

05 - Fresh thyme and/or rosemary, optional

# Step-by-Step Guide:

01 - Remove the rind from the chilled Brie using a sharp knife and cut into cubes. Allow the cubes to soften at room temperature.
02 - Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Arrange the prosciutto slices into small nests on a baking sheet and bake for 10 to 12 minutes until crispy. Let cool, then chop into small pieces.
03 - Place the Brie cubes in a food processor and pulse for 3 minutes, scraping down the sides with a rubber spatula. Pulse for an additional 3 minutes, scrape sides again, then whip for 2 more minutes until creamy and fluffy.
04 - Transfer the whipped Brie to a serving bowl and spread evenly. Drizzle hot honey over the surface, then sprinkle with chopped prosciutto, pistachios, and fresh herbs as desired. Serve with crackers or baguette slices.

# Additional Notes:

01 - Allowing the Brie to come to room temperature ensures a smoother, creamier texture when whipped.
