Brie Cheese Bread (Printable Version)

Warm sourdough topped with melted brie, crispy prosciutto, pistachios, honey, thyme, and sea salt.

# What You'll Need:

→ Meats

01 - 6 slices prosciutto

→ Bread

02 - 1 sourdough bread loaf or baguette, halved

→ Cheese

03 - 8 ounces Brie cheese

→ Nuts & Seeds

04 - 2-3 tablespoons roasted and salted pistachios, crushed or chopped

→ Condiments

05 - 2 tablespoons hot honey

→ Herbs & Spices

06 - 1-2 teaspoons fresh or dried thyme
07 - ½ teaspoon sea salt

# Step-by-Step Guide:

01 - Preheat the oven to 425°F. Arrange prosciutto slices into small nests on a baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes until crisp. Remove and cool.
02 - Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil and place one half of the sourdough loaf in the center. Slice Brie cheese and arrange evenly over the bread surface, reserving any remaining slices.
03 - While the bread bakes, chop the cooled prosciutto into small pieces.
04 - Bake the prepared bread in the oven for 10-12 minutes or until the Brie cheese is completely melted.
05 - Remove bread from oven. Immediately drizzle hot honey over the surface, then evenly sprinkle with chopped prosciutto, crushed pistachios, thyme, and sea salt. Using a sharp knife, slice carefully and serve warm.

# Additional Notes:

01 - For even melting, slice the Brie thinly and distribute it uniformly on the bread.
