# What You'll Need:

01 - 480 ml plain Greek yogurt
02 - 4 large eggs
03 - 60 ml raw honey or pure maple syrup, plus extra for serving
04 - 60 g oat flour or finely ground oats
05 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

06 - 150 g mixed fresh berries, plus extra for garnish

# Step-by-Step Guide:

01 - Preheat oven to 175°C. Lightly coat an 20 x 20 cm baking dish with coconut oil cooking spray.
02 - In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, eggs, honey or maple syrup, oat flour, and vanilla extract until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
03 - Gently fold in the mixed fresh berries, taking care not to crush them.
04 - Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly. Optionally, scatter a few additional berries over the surface.
05 - Bake for 35–40 minutes, or until the center is fully set and the top is slightly golden.
06 - Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely before slicing. Serve with additional yogurt, honey, and fresh fruit if desired.
07 - To store, wrap cooled portions tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerate for up to 3 days.
