# Step-by-Step Guide:

- Preheat the oven to 375°F. Lightly spray or brush the wonton wrappers with oil. Drape the wrappers over the sides of a 9x13 inch baking dish to shape shells. Bake for 7-8 minutes, monitoring carefully to avoid burning. Remove when pliable and separate gently. Return to oven and bake an additional 7-8 minutes until golden and crispy.
- In a large bowl, combine diced chicken with hoisin sauce, sesame oil, soy sauce, minced garlic, and ginger. Heat a large skillet over high heat and sauté the chicken mixture for 7-8 minutes, stirring frequently until fully cooked and slightly caramelized.
- While the chicken cooks, toss coleslaw mix, sliced green onions, sesame oil, rice vinegar, soy sauce, and honey in a large bowl until evenly coated.
- Fill each baked wonton shell with the cooked chicken mixture. Top with the prepared slaw. Drizzle with sweet chili sauce and garnish with chopped cilantro and sesame seeds. Serve immediately.
